This research unit develops technologies, which allows the dairy sector to modernize and increase its productivity and profitability. With a team of 60 researchers collaborating with more than 80 scientific institutions and extension, universities, producers and industrial associations, it has permitted an increase in productivity of the national dairy farming by 400%.
