1. Help the president prepare and issue dispatches, organize agendas and act as secretaries to Executive Board meetings, draft respective minutes, control relevant documents and publicize board decisions;
  2. Elaborate, review, edit and publish the acts of management by the Administrative Council, Executive Board, the President or the corporation's units, and also be in charge of their update and control;
  3. Receive, record, write, review, move, file and distribute the president's correspondence and other documents;
  4. Analyze, follow and process contracts and agreements, and prepare filings for decisions from the Administrative Council, Executive Board and/or the president;
  5. Help in the process of overseeing the Financial/Budget program, and in administrative and technical activities in liaison with the Embrapa units concerned;
  6. Help the president prepare institutional lectures and articles for dissemination and presentation in Embrapa's internal and external events;
  7. Help, support and follow the president in Embrapa's internal and external events, supplying operational and security support; and
  8. Support Embrapa's Commission of Ethics in the exercise of their attributions, and create the necessary conditions for the development of actions that aim at guiding employees about the prevention of ethical misconduct and the promotion of education for ethical behavior.

  1. Coordinate the organization of the Executive Board meetings and elaborate their minutes;
  2. Prepare managerial reports and keep the archive of Executive Board documents and minutes updated;
  3. Coordinate the elaboration of the annual GPR report, the Strategic Action Plan, and respective reports;
  4. Follow up on publications of interest to Embrapa on the federal official gazette and arrange for their update and dissemination;
  5. Control and guide pantry services;
  6. Coordinate and oversee activities related to the Unit's property and materials; and
  7. Other attributions as defined by the Head of GPR.

  5. Update the archive of acts of management, including the Intranet database; and
  6. Other attributions as defined by the Head of GPR.

  1. Annually elaborate the unit's budget program
  2. Monthly compute the unit's expenses in the SIDE system;
  3. Support technical and administrative activities; and
  4. Other attributions defined by the Head of GPR.

  1. Prepare or review correspondence and documents for which the President's Office and the Presidency are responsible;
  2. Update data and information about Embrapa in the corporate intranet; and
  3. Other attributions defined by the Head of GPR.
